本プライバシーポリシーは、Chordzilla（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただく際に、お客様の情報がどのように取り扱われるかを説明するものです。
収集する情報
本アプリは、個人を特定できる情報（氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報など）を収集しません。
本アプリが端末内で扱うデータは以下のとおりです。
- 楽曲データ（コード進行、メロディ、BPM、セクション構成など）
- アプリ設定（音量、音色など）
これらのデータはすべて端末のローカルストレージに保存され、開発者や第三者がアクセスすることはありません。
iCloud バックアップ
お客様の iOS 端末で iCloud バックアップが有効に設定されている場合、本アプリのデータは Apple の iCloud サービスを通じて自動的にバックアップされることがあります。これは iOS の標準バックアップ機能であり、本アプリが独自にデータを送信するものではありません。
iCloud の利用については、Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
第三者サービス
本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用することがあります。
端末のバックアップ機能を通じたデータ保存（ユーザーが iCloud バックアップを有効にした場合のみ）。Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

This Privacy Policy describes how Chordzilla ("the App") handles your information when you use it.

The App does not collect any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or location).
The App stores the following data locally on your device:
- Song data (chord progressions, melodies, BPM, section arrangements, etc.)
- App settings (volume, instrument, etc.)
All of this data is stored solely on your device's local storage and is never accessible to the developer or any third party.
iCloud Backup
If you have enabled iCloud Backup on your iOS device, the App's data may be automatically backed up through Apple's iCloud service as part of the standard iOS backup process. The App does not independently transmit data to any server.
The use of iCloud is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
The App may involve the following third-party service:
Data storage through device backup (only if the user has enabled iCloud Backup). Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
